When you send an inquiry or request a quotation we collect the details you enter: your name, business e-mail address, telephone or WhatsApp number, company name and the content of your message. We do not ask for payment details through this website.
3. Information collected automatically
Our server records the IP address and time of each form submission so that we can filter automated spam and keep our mailbox usable. We also use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to understand which products and pages are useful to visitors. Google Analytics collects your IP address, browser and device information, and the pages you view. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

- To answer your inquiry and prepare quotations or samples
- To arrange production, shipping and after-sales service if you place an order

The website is served over HTTPS. Access to inquiry data is restricted to authorised sales staff.
